We’re a small, Sydney based family-owned business that started with a simple mission: to help other mums cut through the noise and find baby and parenting products that actually work.

Like so many first-time mums, I got swept up in the hype—buying all the “must-haves” that turned out to be completely useless. You know the ones: overpriced, overcomplicated, and over-promised. After one too many moments of thinking “Why did I even buy this?”, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s when the idea for Bubbie and Bear was born.

Why the name? “Bubbie” the nickname of our sweet, beautiful daughter, and “Bear” is our our rough and tumble, but so cuddly, son. They’re the heart behind everything we do—and the reason this store exists.

Bubbie and Bear is all about useful,  products that real parents actually need. We only stock things we believe in—items that help, simplify, or genuinely make the everyday stuff a bit easier.

And yep, most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. It means shipping might take a little longer, but the upside? Free shipping. Always. No minimums. No annoying extra charges. Just good stuff delivered straight to your door.
